I always order the same iced drink and get very inconsistent quality pretty much every time. Sometimes it is perfect and a good blend of everything as it should be. Unfortunately, most of the time, it either has too much milk, not enough ice, too much syrup, or some combination of all of those. I would have to guess they have a recipe for how they should be making each drink with all the proportions written out, but they just decide not to follow it. So I end up getting a drink that is incredibly sweet and tastes like it has no espresso at all in it, or a coffee that tastes incredibly bland and milky. So I feel like I never know what I am going to get or what I am actually paying for. It is frustrating I have to pay the same amount every time, but seem to get an entirely different drink every time. Unless they fixed this, I will likely just stop going here.

This location is the best dunkin for miles, and it isn't even close. There is a reason I go out of my way to this location. Shout out to the one who always offers hot sauce. Literally makes my day every single time.
I've never had a negative experience here. Every wrap is actually cooked not microwaved, every donut is fresh never stale, all my drinks have been decadence and made to my annoying specific wants, and every interaction I've ever had with every single employee there has been nothing but a positive take away regardless of the day I've had or were to have that day.
Raises, praises, and respect to them all. Sucks that others have differing experiences, but I truly have nothing but good things to say about this location.

Came to get some food before work and all the bagels are burnt. I tried to call and no one answered I’m mainly upset because I’m hangry and I just wanted a bagel 🥯 not a burnt frisbee 😭🤦♀️

Very weird vibe, I pulled up and was just expecting to grab some pumpkin donuts and then I realized I messed up my own order. I get to the window and ask the lady to put some of the donuts back I messed up, she ran off without even saying anything to me and closed the window. She left for a bit and I waited until she came back to tell me my total I could tell she was mad, I apologized but she didn't care. I pay and the lady who had my donuts there walks towards the back out of view of everyone and doesn't come back for a minute. Then hands me my food which is soggy, the donuts were soggy not formed or shaped so I'm not sure what she did but I tried one to just see and after 30 minutes I was sick with stomach problems. Not sure what she did but avoid making mistakes at the drive thru or they will try to mess with your food.

The employees here are THE most rude and disrespectful staff I've came across in a LOOONG time. We go to dunkin multiple times a week but never experienced the staff like on Sunday Feb 4th. The lady at the window refused to help me with my order and when the manager came he said "I don't know" and gave me a price for something I didn't want. I canceled the whole order. The staff here that day have no place working in customer service. Ultimately drove to a different location and they had no problem getting it right and ended up being $5 less.
