I recommend trying the Cookie Butter Crumble Latte, it's delicious and buttery topped with crookie crumbles and foam. It's sweet and creamy with a hint of dark roasted coffee. The donuts are delicious and worth the money.

They always have my coffee correct. Don't wait that long. I have 1 Dunkin donut closer to my job but they never have caramel, so I go out of my way to come to this one because they always have caramel and make my coffee and food right.

After waiting in the drive thru lane for 35 minutes, yes I timed it, as I used to work for dunkin a few years ago. I got to the window and already got sass from the shift leader when I tried to get my phone scanned for a free item (for my birthday).... Then noticed every single one of my items was incorrect. And the shift leader gave me sass again for everything I sent back. And I still got an incorrect order. I gave up trying to get my order correct as I hadn't planned on being stuck in the drive thru for over 40 minutes. Food was ice cold, my munchkins, after asking at the speaker and at the window still got blueberry which i said no to TWICE... thankfully it's pretty difficult to screw up a refresher so there is something good about the service today.... 🙄

I have been going to this Dunkin for about 4 years now and I have never felt the need to leave a bad review but this was unacceptable. After a long wait in the drive thru, I came to the window to pay and was looking inside to see a worker struggling to open the Oreos Crumbs packets for some of the menu items, since she couldn’t open it, she proceeded to bite on it until she ripped it open with her mouth and then dumped it into the container to then proceed to make a drink with that. I did not purchase anything with this but after noticing it, I would just like to bring this to everyone’s attention because this is absolutely disgusting. This can cause many diseases and illnesses to the consumers of Dunkin at this location. The date is June 29, 2026 at 11 AM. I would also like to add that the other workers noticed this and did not say anything therefore it is obviously a normalized thing. This makes me never want to eat or buy anything at Dunkin again because possibly having someone’s “slobber “on my food or beverages is just beyond words despicable.

I visited this store on 10/2 at about 9:45 a.m. There was one person waiting in line. An older man and woman were standing at the register with papers. It looked like they were doing some managerial stuff. The man told us to go to a different register where someone would take our order so we did. 30 seconds later another person walked in and the man (I suspect he was the manager) immediately took his order. I was so frustrated I left without ordering anything. When I tried to call to ask for the employee's name, no one answered the phone. I tried three calls in a row. This type of service is unacceptable, especially from a manager!!!!
