Service was quick and easy....IF you know what your ordering. This was only my 2nd time here so I held up the line but the order taker was very helpful. The beverages we ordered were made fresh and they were it's delicious. They even offered a "Pup Cup" for our fur companion that we were riding around with. 🫶🏾

You know, I'm a huge proponent of tipping. I tip where I can and I increase it where others would not likely do the same. A large part of my earnings for my job comes from tips, in fact. What grinds my gears is that I show so much consideration only to be given none. I'm dead last to be served when technically I should be the first. I'm ignored and I watch as the window clerk acknowledges customer after customer at their next opportunity instead of me when they're looking at me and I'm here wondering where the order is. It took until getting directly in front of her and shoving my phone in her face (something considered rude in my line of work) for her to get my drink.
My advice to those reading my review is don't tip. You shouldn't be tipping when you're getting McDonald's level service or worse. These employees do not care about you one way or the other. Tipping them is not going to make them care more about their job. It pains me to say these things as I come to this location at Westgate the most often. I was here on 3/9/2026 at around noon.

Waited 47 minutes in a drive-through I could not escape to finally receive a drink that was 98% milk. Rude service you guys need to have at least one adult working at least one. I’ve been to many Dutch Bros all over California and Arizona and this is the worst one I have ever experienced in over 13 years.

Its Westgate, obviously will be crazy and crowded, but the workers make sure to get you out fast, took like 5 minutes to get my 4 drinks, so pretty great.

Julia was amazing, I had a bad experience at another coffee place. And Julia just turned my whole mood around. She was very nice. Explain the menu to me And had a very good attitude. This was my first time at Dutch Bros I don’t go here. But I most definitely am now you guys are very nice and I see why the lines are always long And why people prefer Dutch Bros. Thank you you guys🫶
